Amazing!! There was a woman ( wearing a yoda mask ) I forgot to ask her name but she was extremely helpful. I had taken my glasses to 3 places before I went to Mayfield- they all sent me away & said they couldn’t help me. This employee fixed them for me in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this eye centre!!! ( & the lady in the yoda mask)
The two the staff at the front desk seemed friendly and nice. But I was not helped by either of them; the one that help me didn't smile once, acted as if I was wasting her time, and talked in an extremely rude tone the whole time. Also they mark up by a ton, the glasses I was looking at are only 225 from the manufacturer(I obviously know I will have to pay more to buy from in town), but they wanted 500. That is way too high of a mark up. Do not buy from here.
Went here to have my eyes checked prior to my drivers medical exam to ensure that I could read the eye chart. Received new contacts and went for my medical the next day. Failed the eye exam. Had to go back and be refitted. The doctor issued me new contacts and th e Alberta government visual referral report. Went to the DMV to renew my license and was told that the doctor didn't include the eye test results do the form is no good. Now I have to go back a third time to have our done properly. Staff are unfriendly, doctors seem incompetent. Won't ever return and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
My family and I have been long standing customers of this place and Never been treated so poorly by the front desk personnel over direct billing.
I was not listened to by them and then I got hung up on.
My family and I will NOT be going back to this business again.
