I inquired about an additional discount on an item that was taped up and in a battered box (a $65 tape runner that was clearly a return). I was offered 25% off and final sale or use my 50% off one regular price coupon on my phone. This made no sense and with her attitude, I knew it was a waste of time to argue. The manager, Nicole, was rude and unprofessional. When I asked which other location had them in stock so I could purchase a new one, she loudly spoke under her breath "Jeeeeesus."

The customer service and the way the manger choose to not deal with the situation today was appalling. We showed up for my daughters 4th birthday party today and they told me it had been cancelled - but not by me and no one spoke to me about it. What was thrown together for 2 crafts wasn't worth the price and we also did not receive the gift bag that was part of the package. Nothing at all was done to clarify, or rectify the situation or make it right. Don't book a party at this store.
