Very bad attitude to talk to a client on phone. Receptionist tells different things to each client. How it can be possible that Receptionist doesn’t know,what kind of case they file. Ask you to make an appointment and then they will tell you if they apply for such case or not. Totally waistage of time, when you go for appointment then they will tell you we don’t file any application for this case. So, totally unprofessional.

Dear Optimum, Re: criminal records check - do not tell the customer that you choose to make them wait while you ate lunch and cleaned your dishes because they were 6 minutes late -do not pull out your phone and point out the minute-by-minute play-by-play; it is not a competition - when a customer feels upset, listen, acknowledge your own errors and ask how you can help. Kindness goes a long way.
I used them for a criminal record check. They did not ask for my full legal name as was required by the rcmp. They sent in the abbreviated name on my drivers license. I had to get another fingerprinting done and pay another $93 because my CCRC with my abbreviated name was invalid. She refused to give me any discount, or just to pay the $25 rcmp fee. The office is a mess and unprofessional
