RBC Royal Bank EDM-Glastonbury Centre

The tellers were rude. I went to this branch on Oct 23,2018 9 am. Both tellers called my name but I only heard the one near me who is a Filipina. When I was already in front of her, the other teller laughed. I ask why she is laughing as i felt it is about me and i felt uncomfortable. She said nothing. While doing my transaction, these two tellers looked at each other and laughed again. and they said it is nothing. I felt its very insulting laughing infront of the customer without explaining

The tellers are super nice. All of them! But I have been having issues with my account, and when I went in to talk to someone to help me resolve said issues- the lady who helped me "Rashin" simply told me to switch banks and close my accounts because she nor the manager wanted to help me, simply because "the didnt know me personally Enough to pull the strings necessary to restore my account to full activity" (my account was held in another province, after I moved the issues occured) After feeling defeated, I almost gave up and went to a different bank, when I decided to call the bank automated line- and almost instantaneously my account was restored. I love banking with RBC but the manager at the glastonbury location and the lady "Rashim" that also works there were no help whatsoever.
