Convenient location, good products, convenient hours, However not very good for experienced stuff on do yourself work, not very good on caring stock, and not very good about listening to customers.

On April 8/17, I called to speak to a supervisor from appliances to talk about a bad experience I had during my stove delivery. This female answered the phone said could not help, said there wasn't a supervisor to talk to and after lots of back and forth argument she passed me to Pablo who pretended to be a supervisor. He was rude, short with me and later refused to talk to me. After a real sup. Bruce helped me and he said Pablo wasn't a real sup. I was upset those 2 made a fool of me. Bad...

The home depot staff has been guiding us through our renovation project for the past two months. They have helped us choosing the right tools and materials, wether we would buy or rent. They worked with us on how to tackle plumbing, electrical,... They are really great with returns if something does not work out or you bought too much of something, you can rent their van for $20 to take the larger stuff home... Great service! Tks for everything!!
