Have never been more dissatisfied with a service from start to finish. Contractor was two months late to initialize the first meeting. After numerous phone calls and messages on my part, I was finally emailed back. Two days were scheduled for the required work. The first day the technician was 50 minutes late, no call text or email. The second day he was a no show. I waited all day an not one person called to notify me. The manager didn’t even return my call to explain. Worst service in history.
