We first saw Waterworks at the home and garden show many years back. Every time visiting the showroom after, we were greeted by our first names. We were so taken with the great customer service that we chose waterworks to complete our extra large residential pond. We continue to shop there for supplies and enjoy our visits to waterworks to see their beautiful show ponds. They are experts in their field and I would recommend them without hesitation.
Wanting to complete our $100,000 landscaping with an over sized pond and fountain I was impressed by what I found when researching reputable companies. I contacted Waterworks Ponds and described our progress and asked for a consultation (and happy to pay their fee). The rep on the phone was more interested in having me watch thier utube footage of their Global TV "15 minutes of fame" than assisting me with my questions. A promised phone call to book the consultation never came until 13 days later. I was open to any evening of the week, and the owner promised to review his schedule and call me back - never did. I followed up once more but they were far more interested in making me feel like a nuisance - I would never recommend this company. They were putting down their competition and far too arrogant to truly care about me as a potential customer. They missed out on a $40,000 pond!
