Please, please, please steer clear of this dealership especially for mechanic work. They charged me $230 for a wrong diagnosis, tried to scam my warranty company $700 and myself $1400 for jobs that didn't need to be done. Thankfully got a second opinion and saved myself over $1000. The manager called and was extremely rude to me about the whole situation as the cherry on top - nothing screams guilt like a condescending man.
Shame on this establishment. My daughter has saved and worked hard to buy her first car was scammed all the way into the front door. Thanks Marco for the video walk through of the car that does not exist and then not having the guts to even come talk to us once you realized that her father was there to help out. Thanks also for following up this morning to make sure we were coming in to see a car that does not even exist!
Trying to prey on a kid in a pandemic with lies is pretty brutal.
I got the lucky hand of getting Esper as my sales person, he was understanding of what i wanted. Esper Didn’t try to up sell me on different new cars and didn’t pressure me into signing onto a car. First thing he did was give me his pen and let me know this was my decision to sign. Amina helped me with understanding all the paperwork and made sure that there was no questions left unanswered. Overall was the best car buying experience i’ve had.
