unfair and deceptive trade practices! paid foe a dark tinted glass and when it was delivered Window Mart broke Glass while handling. Window Mart ordered a new Glass, upon picking up glass it was light tint, did not accept and Ms. Lily would not return the funds upon request, but rather stated I have to accept what they ordered. Owner knew the original tinted glass was $740, the light tinted glass was $688. This unfair and deceptive trade practices. Filing small claims lawsuit.

After the invoice was paid, I learned that the windows I purchased were falsely labelled as Energy Star certified. The energy auditor confirmed they absolutely did not qualify for the current Energy Star certification. The Energy Star labels installed on the windows were from the old 3-zone program that ended in 2019. Even though my windows were built in 2021, 85% of the windows supplied by Window Mart did not meet the minimum standards to be certified as Energy Star products.

June 9, 2020 Window Mart did an excellent job in replacement all our 30 years old wood windows. The price, the quality, the workmanship are well above our expectation. Have no hesitation to recommend Window Mart if you are thinking of replacing your windows! Sunny

Very impressed with sales person Jon, he was very professional and took the time to explain the different windows available. I liked the cut away sample he brought of the window, which helped me to understand the construction of the window. So far all is good. Based on what I have experienced so far, I would recommend this company.

Andre did a great job and took very good care of us. Fast to come back to do the measurements and was very caring and courtious. Very polite as well. I recommend them to everyone who has window needs.

We had windows put in back 2016 with Window Mart. Windows are grear, no problems at all. I would recommend this company to anybody. Max was very good and explained about the windows. Installers did great job and cleaned up after themselves. Comparing with other companies a bit higher price but worth it. 100 % recommend Window Mart

Window Mart team was wonderful. Tim Ametov gave us a good and competitive package. Our installers ,Tahir and Aziz were professional and client friendly. Overall, the company is highly recommendable!

We would like to take this opportunity to (finally) thank Andrey D and Window Mart for our beautiful doors that were installed last fall! Andrey came into our home and explained everything about the doors and was very knowledgeable and listened to what my husband and I were looking for. He was very polite and answered all of our questions and gave us some insights.We did purchase 2 entry doors with windows and 2 storm doors were installed as well. Pricey, but well worth it! I had 2 doors and bay window for the kitchen sink installed, the front door color ended up not matching the house trim. I let Tim know of the issue and he promptly came out at to inspect the issue. He then offered to have the door painted to match the house, which was all I was wanting. The workmanship of the installers was top notch. I am very happy with the service i received from Window Mart.

i just bought new windows and doors from Max at Window Mart. Best service ever,listened to my concerns as i have a disability, worked with me and offered great suggestions. We were looking for windows and doors replacement for our house. We got 6 different companies for quotes and we decided to go ahead with Window Mart. We had Max came over to give estimate. He explained how the windows were made in Canada. After we decided to visit their showroom. They were not the cheapest but we felt that their windows and doors superior. Also they offered best warranty witch was a big factor for us. Windows and doors were installed back in August 2018 and we waited to see.

I had a wonderful experience with Window Mart. From the estimate received from Max to the actual installation by Takhir and Aziz it was an amazing experience. Max was knowledgeable and always available to answer my many questions. The installation was done professionally and very clean. The installers were hard working, polite and accommodating. After installation, they cleared the place and left our house in immaculate condition. A great experience from start till finish.

The Sales Representative Jerry who came to our house to give an estimate was well informed, listened to our needs and worked with us to fit our budget. Installers showed up on scheduled day. The installation went very smooth. The windows look great and everything was cleaned up afterwards. I will certainly use this company again!!!

Avoid this company, they are unable to complete work on time, will arrange installation dates and then not show up. They do not return calls, and cannot deliver on contract agreements. They leave your yard covered with metal debris. They provide no customer service and are all around unprofessional. If you want quality work completed on time look elsewhere.

My wife and I were looking to replace our front and back doors. A friend of my, recommended Window Mart to deal with. I’ve got 2 doors installed by Eugene and Alex. The doors look great. 100% recommended.

We just had our windows replaced by Window Mart , its was a bit cold but the installers didn't stop at all , Lilian was excellent and did a great job installing , was very fast and efficient . i was shopping around for a few months and getting a few different estimates for my windows and my doors until i meet Tim Ametov the sales personal of Window Mart he came on time was very punctual and very respectful, I told him that I dont have all the money for my project and he didnt treat me any different when I said that to the others they werent as dedicated anymore. I told Tim I wanna change a couple windows at a time and he suggested I do all so i can get the best rebate and discount

Recently replaced my windows, my front door and my my patio door thru this company. I have to say my experience was great Tim Ametov came over and showed me all the different types of windows and doors showed me their product he was very good at explaining everything very detailed. Tim Ametov also came on the day of installation to make sure everything was going well. Tahir and Aziz the installer did a wonderful job they cleaned selves vacuum where was needed and made it look like nothing happen

Thank you so much Window Mart! Had a great experience with this company, sales person, Slava, and his team were very professional and very quick with the installation. Noticed a big difference this winter, not one window frosted up, and it was a long cold winter! Cannot be happier. I will recommend them hands down!

This company replaced all windows and the sliding door in my house last summer. We are extremely happy with this investment. They provided us an excellent custom services during entire project and gave tips regarding the maintenance. Windows have a perfect view, the triple glass protects us from outside noise and keep our house warm during cold time. We recommended Window Mart to our friends and they already benefit their service as well.
