I called on Friday to book an appt. for next week for my non-emergency issue. I have a 2nd bathroom & thought that Ye Olde may be busy with other calls. The lady was really helpful & not knowing what the day would bring, offered to call me next week & discuss appt. times. Later that day, Ali showed up & asked if today would be okay & it was. He was friendly, professional and & done very quickly. I have used Ye Olde for many years for installations & repairs. They’ve never disappointed me,

condo property manager called them to install 2 block valves on kitchen sink on overtime rates at $127.50/hr, + $50.00 vehicle service charge, total bill was $370.00, to install 2 valves??? I paid the bill,but will never use their service again because of their outrageous price, they lost my future business, not impressed

Okay this is not the company of past, The office administration has no idea how to run a business, I have been waiting 2 months for a part that I paid for and at a 200 % markup as compared to a local supplier. It took 7 phone calls just to verify that the part was actually in their building. Do not use this company

A young Gentleman (Tim), responded to the Service Request by the Property Manager at a Condo Tower (the sink in the 1/2 bathroom) was not draining properly. This issue was corrected. Tim was very professional, excellant communication skills, and obviously he is technically very knowlegeable. Also he took care of another minor problem: main bathroom the Toilet bowl was constantly draining itself. Therefore Tim demonstrated superior customer service skills.

I specifically asked to have a noisy pneumatic thermostat that was constantly leaking air to be fixed. After they replaced the thermostat, I had to call them back because the original problem was not fixed properly. The invoice arrived almost two months later, and I was charged full price for both visits - even though the second visit was to correct and actually complete what I asked them to do in the first place. Very disappointed overall and I don't feel they're trustworthy.

You get what you pay for: hire a cheap guy every other month and never be sure its fixed - or hire these guys and know it will work for years and years.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER---- DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!

First of all, everytime I try to contact this company, I basically have to leave a message with someone and then the only person who knows what is going on will call me back hours later or sometimes not at all. I contacted this company in early December as our renters were having issues with their hot water tank. Our renters are ready to leave after being two months without hot water now and I am furious that this problem is still unsolved after 2 months. They tried to charge my credit card without sending me any invoice or even calling me to inform me. I feel like when I speak to someone I am just told what I want to hear and noone is willing to do the work to solve the issues or tell me the truth about what is going on. Basically these people want to try to screw you out of money by doing quick fixes that may or may not work for a short period of time, charging you for them, but then telling you that they will solve the problem.... and then they don't. If you want your plumbing done using parts made in some guy's garage or if you like to have exhaust blowing into your house, then go for it! But I am warning you, these people have no clue about how to run a business or about plumbing.
