Rude Staff!!
If you are looking for dirty and cheap this is the place for you!! There was food stuff all over the head board and the pamphlets in the room have all been used as coasters from previous guests. We booked a King bed room but when we got there we were told that we were upgraded (funny) to a two queen room. The hotels definition of a queen sized bed is not the same as a mattress store though, they are more like over sized twin beds. I think that they called it an upgrade so they wouldn't have to reduce the charges. They called this an upgrade!! The staff do not even care that it is dirty or your TV does not work as long as you don't bug them. We couldn't even lock the door because the door didn't line up with the frame!!! When we brought up our concerns they offered us a $10.00 rebate they told us our concerns are extreme. Sorry for expecting a clean room and the bed that we pre-booked. Stay clear of this place it is a dive!!!!
