Do not go here, they no longer take walk-in unless you book an appointment. The staff call their patients liars when confronted and one doctor threatens NO MEDICAL SERVICE because of this supposedly missed appointment. Pretty hard to be at a supposedly booked appointment while still in Mexico on the day the appointment was supposedly scheduled.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. Doctors are fine but the staff is completely useless. I have had referrals delayed by dangerous amounts of time because they haven't sent the information they are supposed to on more than one occasion. No one ever answers the phone, voicemails, or emails. The staff are rude and don't seem to care about their jobs at all. Go literally anywhere else.

Terrible, condescending, and rude doctor. Dr. Google should be his name. Worst doctor I have ever dealt with.

I see both Doctors on a regular basis for me and my children. They are extremely thorough and knowledgeable and definitely worth the drive from North Edmonton. I am extremely pleased with the service and their patience. No comparison as to a walk in at the medi-centre. Highly recommended!! Sue

I went in this morning to get a referral back to my ent as I have a reoccurring problem with saliva stones in the submandibular gland , I had surgery April 23,2013 to remove the left submandibular gland due to this problem. When I explained this to the doctor today he told me I didnt know what I was talking about it’s just a swollen lymph node and when I told him I know it’s not as this has happened befor and I just need the referral back to the ent to deal with it .
