Quality has managed a commercial building for me for over 10 years. So appreciate their professionalism. My reports are received and money deposited every month on time. PLUS my Tenants have expressed they are very happy with their service and maintenance work. Thanks!
Not a good company to rent from! I rented a shop for 2 years we treated it like it was our own space, we actually improved it by installing a window in (they did not notice) they were to busy looking at “above normal wear and tear” ask for the same person to do the walk through in and out. A fella did it with me first then a woman came for the final (Terry) they did not look at the report from the first one obviously (new window) Anyways ended up costing me $4000 dollars. Extremely dissatisfied!

Jennifer, we were happy to work with you during the time you were a Tenant. It seems to be worth noting that your only stated complaint was that the person doing your Move Out Report didn’t notice a window you added during your tenancy. Unless a window is broken, it would not have been noted on either your Move In/Out Report.. You were not charged for a window. If you have concerns about your very detailed Stmt of Sec Dep Report you are welcome to bring these to our attention for review.
I am a customer since 1985. Excellent service every year. I live over 1000 km away and QPM has managed my property without an issue over that period of time.
We rented from this company for a year. There were no issues when we were living with them but when we moved out they tried to charge us an insane amount of money for "damages" (the property was in perfect condition) It took us two years and the tenancy board to short this out after they illegally reported the amount to our credit. Terrible company with illegal business practices, stay as far away as possible.

Ms. Delvie; we have searched our data base and do not have a record of any Tenancy with your last name. We had one RTDRS hearing in the last year that Tenant was required to pay the Landlord almost $1,300 in damages. It appears you have the wrong management company.

I haved rented from them for over 3 years they respond to maintenance requests really quickly. It seems like they mange a lot of properties as lots of people I know rent houses from them too.
