I went there to get my computer wiped totally clean. Jason talked me into giving him $600.00 to install his own personal program on my computer. After debating because I had no job at the time, him and his Mom persuaded me how wonderful it was.Well I got it, haven’t used my computer in almost a year as it doesn’t work properly. I would call him, He wouldn’t talk to me, so I would go to his store to confront him, and he made up every story he could invent. Now I have to pay $280 to get it done

I was given excellent customer service, he was able to save all of my computer's data and diagnosed and fixed multiple software and hardware issues at a very fair rate. If you need good service at a reasonable price this is a great place to go.

Very poor customer service. Terrible work ethic. Dropped my external hard drive off 3 years ago with money paid upfront. He dodged my phone calls, broke promises, finally just went to collect my property today since no one returns calls. I was given attitude, given the run around, given excuses and treated poorly. Zero customer service skills.
