This store is filthy, they are out of stock constantly and say they are sold out ,if you ask ,they say phone PC! Not our issue ,they have two that participate in customer service,the man in produce,&the aging woman on the till ! The so called managers ,the man his name starts with K,& the heavy woman that works the self serve, are discussing in C/S ,the policy on returns is UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE,never going back ,THE owner will never talk to anyone .once there was dog Pooh at entrance .

Local store to me. Always good pricing for the single or small family person. I feel very little discrimination here as I shop. Cheaper yet I enjoy saving money.

Pat , the cashier, was very rude when dealing with a customer about the new optimum card. Very abrupt. I will make sure I am never in her line. Also she should ask if people want bags. I am not going to pay .05 cents on my debit card as I rarelycarry cash with me. She shouldnt be in customer service

Great store, great prices but there is never enough cashiers on. If this problem was fixed I'd deffinatley rate troys no frills a 5/5.
