My truck was stol...

My truck was stolen from their lot while awaiting repair. they do not have a secured lot and no cameras either. My wife called them and asked if they were aware of when the truck was stolen and they weren't even aware it was gone. They then proceeded to tell me I signed a waiver form releasing them of all Liabilities regarding the incident and never showed even a tiny bit of concern for my loss. I made them aware that I never signed any form and they really did not care the least. demand your insurance company use someone else. These guys get all their business that way so they think they can do whatever they want. I will never use their services for as long as I live and will preach my poor experience to everyone I can.

I chose Canadian Collision after a number one recommendation from my auto dealer. Robert kept me informed throughout the process and went the extra mile to make my vehicle look like new. The paint matches perfectly and Robert and his staff treated me as if my vehicle was their vehicle.

Didn't do the who...

Didn't do the whole job and said I asked to not do it. Was not very apologetic about it. Didn't do much to offer to rectify. Probably overcharged me for the work they did. Kind of rude staff. Two thumbs down. Avoid.
