We offer "Business in a Box" small business consulting, full cycle bookkeeping, corporate tax prep and more. I will work with you to achieve whatever you need to ensure the success of your business and yourself. Providing bookkeeping and accounting services to small - midsize businesses, company start up set up, filing government remittances (GST, Payroll source deductions and Corporate taxes (T2 Return )), consulting, daily/weekly/monthly data entry off site and on site. I have 10 years of experience in accounting field, including public practice 4.5 year (auditing, reviewing financial statements, prepare financial statement, consulting for software), and around 3 years of private industry (corporate accountant, Senior accountant and controller), also have 2.5 years of college instructor experience for accounting fundamentals and bookkeeping courses. We currently have openings for a few new clients. I have an excellent working knowledge of Sage 50 (Simply Accounting), QuickBooks, Sage 300 (ACCPAC), Great Planes and Microsoft Office. We are offering the following services from my home or your office: management of all aspects of A/R, A/P and billing, Payroll (outsourced or in-house) – Receiver General Payroll Remittance and GST Remittance, T-4 and T2 preparations, Yearend preparation for your accountant, Financial Statements and ROE’s. We have experienced, reliable bookkeepers. We can pick up and drop off, as needed. I am able to store your records safely in my home until year-end, if needed. We are accurate, efficient, confidential and timely, and we charge by the hour or contract (monthly fee). We have great attention to detail.
