Always a great experience. The service team @ Southside Dodge always makes me feel welcome, comfortable & respected. I never feel silly for asking questions about my vehicle & I’m always given intelligent answers I understand. Some dealers make me feel dumb for asking questions & treat me like I’m an idiot for asking/not knowing. The staff @ Southside always explain things in a way I understand while making me feel respected & valued. & they are enjoyable 2 chat with while waiting. Thanks guys!!
I had probably the worse salesman ever. First he brought in the wrong truck, then when I called to tell him I'd be picking it up (after them having it seven weeks to adjust the things which were wrong), it wasn't ready, the paperwork was incomplete, it wasn't cleaned or fueled. There is no excuse for such horrible service. I'm now a loyal Dodge customer (switched from Ford), but would never purchase a vehicle form this dealer again. There is never an excuse for poor service!
My wife and I have been to 3 other local dealers in town. The service alone at Southside will bring us back to buy our first vehicle. Just have to get financing approved now ;-)
What a great feeling it is to go to a business and know that you are going to get the help you need buying a vehicle and then great service afterwards. I love my Dodge Journey and it's a tremendous fit for me and my business.

Bought a vehicle from here, very unpleaseant experience. Would not recommend buying a vehicle here. Had all sorts of troubles within a week of buying the truck.
