This hotel has went down hill bad. When he booked in at 9:00 pm he was going to bring his little dog. and front desk was rude and totally clueless when he requested a room overlooking the parking lot for himself. She wouldn’t change it for him. His room was in desperate need of maintenance. My son decided to cancel his room for the 2nd night and I promise he WILL NOT stay here ever again. ? very poor customer service
