The lady doing my nails and brazilian wax was so sweet and friendly. Her name is Judy.She has an amazing experience.there was no double dipping and the wax was the same temperature I've always had it done at. I will keep coming back every time I'm here. Great place! She is very meticulous in everything that she does. You never feel like they are rushing to the next customer.

I had brought my daughter there and told the stylist to give her a light trim and to take of no more than an inch in length because she was going to the US for auditions in a couple days and she could not look different from her headshots. I had also told her that I knew she needed a good trim but it couldn't be done today. The woman who cut my daughters hair cut off 8 or more inches from the length. When I noticed what she was doing it was to late, I didn't have a fit that day because my daughter was visibly upset and I didn't want to make her more upset. So I called the next day just after opening and was told they would get back to me after they talked to the stylist. The next day I got a call, the owner put the stylist on the phone who insisted she cut of no more than an inch and when I started to talk she cut me off and ignored me completely and handed the phone back to the owner. Not only am I insulted that they think I am an idiot and can't tell the difference between 1 inch and 8 inches. But to then tell me that it would be impossible to take of only an inch in length and still do light layers, and neither myself or the owner would know that because we don't cut hair and that hair "appears" shorter when you get layers. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!! Now how was it that the stylist said she took of no more than an inch but it was then said that it is impossible to take of only an inch?
Worst service ever, especially to excuse such a rude stylist and not even give an appology. She should be fired!!!!!!
