Disappointing Experience
The sole proprietor of this business talks the talk well, gives the impression of caring about your small business and of knowing what he is doing. This is questionable when you find out after your second year end that your taxex and GST have not been filed with CRA for those 2 years!! He doesn't turn up when he says, doesn't answer emails and tells mistruths inorder to cover his backside. Nice guy .... but he has cost me a lot of money in penalties because he simple does not care and/or is too busy and/or maybe does not really know what he is doing ... who knows. Very disappointing experience !!
