Sa anything to get a sale..all lies. Sold us a truck and said it would be able to easily pull a 6500lb trailer... Couldnt. They also conned us into buying an extended warranty by saying if we never used it we would get some money back... lie. I had some repairs that could have been completed out of warranty but they were cheap so I paid out of pocket to still get the $900 back from the unused warranty... Lie. I asked to speak to a manager about it 3 times, took my name / number and never called

Never have I seen better staff, each one fully knowledgeable about their job. Very professional.not a high pressure place, just top notch service.and on top of that, the car lot pricing myth has been shattered, by me getting a better deal than I could have privately. Thanx to Tyler and Roland.

Brenda and Sheri were both very informative. They helped me to find a car at a price that works for me.The people were all very friendly and helpful, bathroom was spotless and building was very clean.I would definately use them again and definately recommend Strathmore Ford to anyone.
