Three Hills Dental Clinic

Went in for a filling. It was brutal, they seemed to be rushed. My face was so swollen and painful I went back to see if something was wrong and they basically told me I was just being sensitive. 5 days after my first appointment my mouth was still super swollen and now a week later it’s bruising turning green and blue. NOT NORMAL for a simple filling. “Ice and Advil” is all the advice they could give me after injuring my cheek and jaw. If I wasn’t scared of the dentist before I sure am now.

I drive over an hour to see these wonderful people at this dental clinic. Dr Thompson and Dr Hobbs are amazing dentists. The hygienist/Dusty was so wonderful as well. The girls at front desk are also so friendly and helpful. It does not matter who I deal with, everyone is just so great to deal with. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone. I will never go anywhere else.

Excellent Dentists. I have been seen by both Dr Hobbs and Dr Rouleau for some fillings and then for a tooth ache and found them both to be fantastic. I will be going back and would recommend this office. The front desk women really took care of me to help me figure out my insurance benefits. I paid for my treatment and 3 days later, my dental insurance sent me a cheque.

slap in the face...and i was charged for it

We drove an hour for an free ortho consult which consisted of this dentist saying "Yep, she needs braces". No notes were taken or records. He did not discuss the type of braces available, a time frame, cost, expectations, nothing. I needed an estimate for insurance and the receptionist was so rude to me. She argued with the dentist and the other office staff before dismissing us with "whatever". The dentist came up with the estimate of "mmm, about $5000"...very well thought out and professional....Later I got a statement form my insurance that they charged $60 for all this. sure the braces are probably cheaper (actually the same as the invisiline quote we got else where so more expensive for lesser product) but you likly get what you pay for...garbage...like the treatment I got
