We had Klassic cater our socially distanced outdoor event for 25 people. We appreciated the options provided to ensure Covid safety. We opted for the individually boxed meals, for the safest option. People appreciated the quality of the food, the food was hot and delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the chicken moist. We were pleased with everything being so well done, and delivered exactly on time.
We have been fortunate to have Klassic Catering provide food for two of our sons weddings within the last year - one in August and one just a few weeks ago. I give a high level of approval for this catering company. Cheryl (and Tamara) were very accommodating with my requests and questions and the food was delicious. We had many compliments from the guests. For our summer wedding we enjoyed sandwiches and salads and fruit/veggie platters and for our March wedding we thought outside the box and had two types of soup (homemade and delicious) as well as salads, pickles and fruit. The amount of food provided gave us no reason to worry about running out. Be confident in this company - you won't regret your choice.
Unfortunitely, we did not have a good experience with Cheryl either. There was no professionalism with either her or her staff. The food was terrible. The meat was over cooked and the caesar salad had been dressed far too in advance so it was soggy and warm. It was a semi-formal affair, and the caterers did not reflect that at all. The staff that worked were rude and unhelpful. Not a great experience on such an important day.

Professional, prompt, friendly
Working with Cheryl and her team is always a pleasure. She is professional, prompt and listens attentively. Even though they seem quite busy, she makes the time to sit down with me and take care of what needs to be done. Thank-you, Cheryl!
I have attended 2 weddings and 1 business meeting and 1 luncheon served by this company. I would NEVER recommend Klassic for a wedding. The food was terrible and the service lacked.
For a function that needs little or NO service, attention or class they are great.
Anything that needs that extra touch of style, service or class ........... Look elsewhere. Klassic is not for you.
They personally ruined both weddings with the bad food and sour attitudes of the staff
It is difficult to respond to a review when I don't know all the facts

We aim to please our customers and do everything in our power to recitfy situations that may arise when they are brought to our attention.
We can certainly provide many references of very happy clients, unfortunately this person seems to not be one of them .
