Had my hair done by Lisa and she was amazing. She was knowledgeable and professional. She listened to what I wanted and gave me her expert Opinion which I trusted. I walked away with the best cut and highlights I have had in a very very long time. PS not the greatest photo

There must of been a management change, the store is looking good seems the employees seem happier, love the hair cut, glad to see them back to enjoying being at work!

Awkward customer service. Most of these rookies wish they were somewhere else enjoying life when they are doing your haircut. Worst management I've ever seen in my life.

Bad Bad service!!!!!!!

My son asked for a fohalk,came out with a army cut!It was so hot in store I couldnt breath, suggested getting a air conditioner she replied that its cold for her, i said but your customers come in here too!! When i asked my son if he liked his cut, SHE replied yes its what he asked for!!! I waited a few minutes and asked HIM again, SHE replied, Yes, its what he asked for!! She walked away saying that she had 15 yrs exp. coldly told me how much i owed her...want my money back!!
