Sent a unit for repairs... After 2 weeks called to check status, hadent started on it. month later called and was told "looking for parts should be ready after a week" Service Dept. will NOT return calls. customer service is non-existant. After 4 months (and many many phone calls NOT returned) with my pressure washer I called AGAIN and the lady was rude and told me my unit was ready for pick up for weeks... And it could not be fixed... BRUTAL
Not happy with their service. Was too rushed and not provided with what was promised. They overcharge and are not customer oriented. As a landscaping company I would prefer a more structured and organized business to deal with.
