My family and i have been with Dr Smith since he arrived and cannot recommend him highly enough. A really excellent GP. Like all surgeries it is very busy and can take a while to get through too on the phone but that is not the fault of the receptionists, it is a reflection of the fact that we don't have enough doctors in Chilliwack to serve the needs of our expanding population.

In all my years, which is many, at the age of79, I have never experienced such poor service from front end . The Doctor is ok, but they should be reading the reviews, because their front end staff are very rude. The fact that they could be dealing with people that are seriously ill, should make them more compassionate and empathetic. Certainly not impressed. Awful receptionists, leave you on hold for ten minutes, very rude, I don’t know where they get the audacity to speak to people like that

Girl who answered phone very rude and sarcastic.Thinking very hard about finding new doctor if staff continues attitude like I receive just about everytime I call for appointment which is only once a year.

This is a new Dr’s office for me, as I’m pregnant, and they have been amazing!! The staff are friendly and helpful, and Dr. Krueger is on the ball! I am very happy to have gotten such a great practice for the duration of my pregnancy!

I had an appointment for Feb 3 at 1:00, already made on Dec 3. When I got there I was told I didn’t have an appointment. I needed a prescription renewed but was told that all she could do is try to fit me in. I felt I was treated as she didn’t believe me. I suffer from extreme chronic pain and had to wait almost 2.5 hrs. I hadn’t taken my pain meds because I was driving. Throughout all this, I was made to feel it was all my fault and I never received an apology from the lady who caused it first.

The staff who always answer the phone is a rude person she dont need to tell person to shut up.i was just only asking for the result of my test.and if you want to ask for appointment if they told 8am to call to get appointment and also if you want to make appointment in advance they are so rude..i hope they had to change the attitude of the front desk person

Doctors a great. But the receptionist needs to learn some good manners!

Office ladies need to know better customer service.

Dr Krueger always gives his honest opinion and never rushes his patients like most other doctors.

Great Doctor and staff ... Hard to get in sometimes but over all very happy with my dealings there

Horrible staff, I had a meeting with the Doctor. They called and scheduled my appointment for 10:30 am, I went it for my appointment at 10 to be early and they said it was at 1:00 pm! Totally screwing my day! The staff are also rude and not helpful. 100% do not recommend.

Won't schedule an appointment even for existing patients and or for important matters. Will tell you to call back at 8 am but then won't answer the phone. Terrible service if you ask me!
