Great experience with Josh and the whole team at eagle ridge gm. Everything was easy, everyone was friendly and the service was great. While searching for a new truck I looked around at a few different dealerships and instead of listening to me and getting me into the vehicle I was looking for, they all tried to pressure me into something extremely expensive. It was totally different with Josh at eagle ridge. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I will be back for sure.

I took my truck for service oil change, recall for the air bag and a diagnosis for the engine light coming on and off all the time. Made an appointment to have everything done the same day - told me it would take around 3-4 hours. Asked to be shuttled home & picked up when truck is ready, told me I live too far (25 min. drive) from the location, they suggest to drive me to the sky train and pay my own way. Did not wash my truck either - $750.00 later - went home with a dirty truck. BAD SERVICE

We are very happy with Eagle Ridge GM. We have bought 4 or 5 vehicles from there now and have been treated very well. Our experience was great.

Good Selection & Service

I have been looking around for a new truck for a while. Went in just to look. I saw one, fell in love with it and the guy was telling me how he help figure out financing and showing me all the bells and whistles. I left there that day dreaming about my new truck. I ended up going back week later and buying it. They were a great help and I LOVE my truck

I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to go here, EVER

I called and asked to speak with a service rep that was supposed to call me back all week, however I never received ONE call. After work I gave them a call immediately and was directed to Nicole, who was EXTREMELY rude to me, and continued to yell in my ear for 10 minutes while I was requesting to speak to the service rep that didn't call me all weekend. She told me she he WILL call me back in 5 minutes and when I called back 45 minutes later I got the same RUDE attitude from her. After asking to speak to the manger she replied, " How do you want me to get a hold of him, blow him up?" I cannot believe I ever consider to take my service to this company, they have 0 respect for their customers. I would NEVER recommend ANY PERSON to take there service here. I am shocked that they have such RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL employee(s) at their company. I have worked in customer service for MANY MANY years, and never in my life have I EVER received such terrible, rude, and disrespectful service. I am appalled. If I had the option to rate them in the negatives, I would as the rating "poor" is an major understatement.

I recommend Eagle Ridge GM

I went to purchase a new car at Eagle Ridge GM and had a good experience. The back and forth was good but I did my research. And got a good deal. The business is nice and easy to reach. The sales staff is professional. I can't rate the service yet but looks like a top notch service center. I would recommend them to a friend if they were in the market for a new car.

Got The Car Of My Dreams

I just went to Eagle to get the car of my dreams, a Camaro SS!!!! You can't decribe the hysteria, the worry, the joy of being able to afford such a car! Listen, I'm a working guy, I only have so much money to spend, but when I found out how affordable the car of my dreams was, I nearly died and went to heaven. If you've been waiting for this moment, RUN to Eagle, and talk to Adam. He's the guy I dealt with, and he knows all about how to steer you in the right direction. Look for me, I'll be the guy crowing out my car window about how great my new Camaro is! She's a beauty.
