Kal Tire

I got a flat tire December 17th evening, took the car in at opening 8am in hopes they could patch it. They got me in and fixed it right away! No charge. Amazing service, great staff. And they left me a flower on the dash. Nice touch! Thank you and I will definitely use Kal Tire again.

Had a flat this am. Took it to Kal and they fixed for free! I didn’t even buy my tires there but I will! They lost one star only because their time estimate was 30 min longer than they said.

You can call them to make an appointment to have your tires changed free. Which is part of the original offer. You get immediately put on hold. At least 20 minutes will lapse. Each time I called I waited 20 minutes and hung up except Saturday afternoon.I waited 20. It was October 28. The person on the phone said the earliest appt was 3rd week November! For a tire change. This is terrible service. Why buy tires if you have to wait 4 weeks for an appointment? Something wrong with this place.
