Receptionists talk about patients in a non-professional manner while the patients are still in the building, they also speak to patients in a condescending manner. The professionalism of doctors is also questionable, or lacking, rather. If it weren't for the shortage of healthcare providers, I'd 100% go elsewhere.

No walk in services and anyone requiring entrance that can not use stairs has to enter via the alley and the only parking is on street in the front.
