Terrible. They didnt take an email on bad weather days. They wouldnt speak to a relative on the telephone,a next of kin asking about his live alone relative who had given consent he be shared information. The actual scans could not be brought up on a computer to discuss the opinions of the radiologist and e opinions are over 10 percent in error in BC. The blood tests were not reviewed or explained and other tests too. You were given your walking papers if you refused an unnecessary testing.

When I first started going to Nordlys Medical clinic, I would show up my usual 15 minutes early and be taken to the exam room promptly on my appointment time, sometimes having to wait 5 minutes. This is no longer happening, all I can think the greed for money has made them triple book leading to over an hour wait every time past the appointment time that I have politely shown up 15 minutes early to. My time is just as valuable as the Doctors.

Got me in for my appointment on time and the Doctor was able to see me with 10 minutes of being there.

I had an appt this morning with an older Dr, people who have seen him before have all said how nice he is and how much he listens to you. Well that wasn't my experience at all. As soon as he walked into the room he had an attitude with me. Being someone with ptsd, his voice and the way he talked to me, I became extremely flustered which irritated him more which made it worse for me, all I could do before completely breaking down was to walk out of the building
