Sucks when your carpet company doesn’t show up or call!!!!
We booked a caroet cleaning 6 weeks in advance. On the day they were supposed to arrive, they neither phoned nor showed up at the appointed time. They are negligent about returning phone calls and cannot be relied upon to fulfill the appointments they book. Don’t hold your breath waiting for them to return your call - took them almost a week to get back to us to book the appmt in the first place. They don’t deserve your business $$.
