Charged us double the price for 1 one room 2 beds when we asked specially for a dog friendly room which was HALF the price charged us double anyways! Lied about charging my friends credit card!!! Lied about the location of the room to the hot tub!!! Denying everything saying show PROOF!! Your manager REFUSED TO SEND ME PROOF! GO find him and confirm, better yet go through your phone recordings there is your proof!
