Had my transmission flushed they gave me the impression that when they did this they change the filter as well . Wrong they do not, after having this done my transmission started leaking, went back and was told it wasn't there fault I would have to go to a transmission shop to have it fixed. Talked to the manager Chris as well and he just said it wasn't there fault end of storey. So I went to a proper shop and had it fixed which cost a couple hundred dollars.
Last year I had my oil changed at this location twice. Today I had my oil changed at a local place where I live. The guy was appalled because my oil filter hasn't been changed in a long long time. The filter that came off my car was really old. And to access my oil filter the front passenger tire had to be removed, which the guys did not do at this location. Also these guys showed me a small glass with dirty smelly tranny fluid and said it came from my car and needed to be changed right away. So I went home and got a tranny flush at a Mohawk, and they said that it wasn't really nessessary.
