Bought full set of tires for my truck. Having only 74K, was quoted over $2400 for work needed before alignment. Took it to dealership where they confirmed NO work was needed.
Unfortunately i went to kal tire in the spring for tires and i have now been there about 15 times for a bad alignment they gave me, left a bolt extremely loose on my radius arm, management ignoring phone calls and emails, and now to top it off i just went in to get horrible tires they sold me in the spring removed and they scratched up heavily my new wheels!!!! Absolutely horrible
I dropped my vehicle off in the morning for a tire changeover and was told they might not get to it until into the afternoon. I called at 4pm and was told it'd be done within 1-1.5H. I stopped in at 5:30pm and was told it wouldn't be ready for at least another two hours at which point I took it home as we needed the vehicle. If you would have been forthcoming with how long it might take, I would've come another day or tried another shop. As is, my time was wasted.

My husband & I stopped in at this Kal Tire location to have a tire checked on my new vehicle before continuing home from our vacation at Paul Lake. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Nick made sure that there was no damage to the tire and that the pressure was correct. We were pleasantly surprised when he said there was no cost. Wonderful way to treat customers and we would recommend this location to our family and friends should they ever need their services.
Brett was exceptionally helpful when we experienced a blown tire in a rental car. He dealt directly with the rental car people, organised a tire to be overnighted for us (special size and brand) and got us on our way by lunchtime.
I cannot thank him enough. He is a top example of what customer service should be like

Marc in particular has gone above and beyond what most tire shops would ever put forth towards their customers. Yes to all questions - have never done business with Kal Tire before but will certainly start now and recommend them. A shout out to Rob - that even though I live in Mission, BC he did an outstanding job of helping me with my problem. Really impressed also that when I go in to KT a rep will come around the counter to greet me as I'm walking in. Kal Tire - you're doing it right!!
