Terrible Customer Service. Happy to take your money but no product. How does someone operate a business like this?

Super happy with our Tree Craft solid wood table from Urban Cabin. So unique, and truly beautiful. LOVE the hand scraped top and wormy maple wood. Took 8 weeks to arrive, but was so worth the wait! The girls were super helpful, and easy to work with - special thanks to Nicole for helping us get exactly what we wanted!

Great store - love their solid wood tables. Address is wrong though - they've move to Battle Street

They carry nice products. It's too bad their customer service is so poor. They do not respond to email very promptly at all. The people answering the phone cannot answer your questions as you have to deal with the owner who is only sporadically there. If you don't care when you receive your product then go ahead. It took us 7 months to eventually get ours. Ps. Would also note that they are not very knowledgeable when it comes to the products they carry.

Poor Communication and Customer Service

Yes, the store has some wonderful pieces and the staff does seem knowledgeable about their product, BUT we would NOT recommend Urban Cabin to anyone. They have poor customer service with new clients and receiving a quote for a project seems next to impossible. My husband and I went in looking for a possible shelving unit as we where having troubles finding something that would fit our space. They said several times, if we didn't see anything we liked, that they are able to do custom order items. Later that week we sent in an email with our custom shelving unit idea, (note: We live in Barriere, BC and don't get into Kamloops all that often), with a request for a quote on production and possibly ordering two units. We never received a response back or a quote for the project. Over 2.5 months we contacted them by phone several time and sent in multiple emails to following up with them on the status of the quote. With each phone conversation a message was taken and a promise that the person handling our project would be in touch as soon as possible. I have yet to receive a response back from any of my phone messages or emails. I'm appalled and shocked at the lace of communication they seem to think is respectful. It's very poor business and for that we would not recommend them to anyone. Apparently, our time and money is worth nothing. Mother of two, Barriere, BC

Finally

Finally a quality store here in Kamloops. Lots of beautiful things! Like the Pebble Creek furniture they carry, but was most excited about the Norwalk Upholstery. My only complaint is that I wished the store was a little bigger..
