My name is Austin Hodge I live in Kelowna BC with my young son and wife. I have been in the pest control industry for ten years servicing mainly the Kelowna area but i have worked all over the province. During those years I worked for the largest pest control company in North America and received exceptional training. In my career I have learned that cultivating great customer relations is the key to providing an exceptional service.     I have used Austin @ Actual Pest Control at my East Kelowna home. We have had an issue with rodents, and despite many attempts by different folks; Austin has solved our problem. Super friendly guy. Cares about his business and about his clients. Austin went above and beyond- and even saved us money! Highly highly recommend.

    I used Actual Pest Control for an ant problem one of my rental property. Austin stands behind his service! Great Company. He come when he say he is going too, not a 2 week waiting list. His rates are the best! Highly recommend him

    Austin was very professional, well informed, and was able to figure out a plan right away! We had been desperate, as we had been dealing with these ants for 5 years with no good results. We did have Orkin come out for a 6 month stint, but to no avail. Austin was a life saver and he was able to finally get rid of our ant problem for us! Thank you, Austin! I would recommend him highly for any bug problem. We will certainly call him again if we ever need to! Very happy customers, S & R Zahara

    I called Austin about a beetle problem that I was having, and he said that he would be at my place , that afternoon at 3 p.m. He showed up on time, and sprayed a chemical all around the perimeter of my home. He did an excellent job getting at all the nooks and crannies. My problem is solved. Miles
