RANT..... to save people from having a horrible experience! I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received from BCAA auto service centre in Kelowna. The front counter attendant basically advised me that I was lying to him about a squeaking noise that my vehicle wasn’t making before I brought it to them to do a wheel alignment, but after they did the alignment the vehicle will not stop squeaking! It wasn’t having any issues or making any noises before I brought it to them and now it is.

I agree with the comment about telephone access. A pain. I wanted an estimate for squealing brakes. BCAA informed me I needed new rear brakes. Went home and checked my files, and realized the brakes did not have a lot of miles on them. Took it to Integra Tire for assessment. They pulled the wheels and found 2 little pieces of tin, like shims, causing the squeal. Confirmed brakes had lots of wear left. All this - and NO CHARGE.

Terrible answering service trying to book an appointment. No service manager or personnel to talk to !!!
