Kelowna Cabs (1981) Ltd

I booked the cab online for my wife (I wasn’t home) and when the cab arrived he had to wait a bit because she was in the washroom and called me back asking where she was. I asked him to please ring the door bell because she wasn’t answering my calls. He driver said “oh man” and started mumbling his rant so I hang up. My wife got in the cab and for the entire trip he was complaining and really making her feel extremely scared and uncomfortable. Just unacceptable behaviour for a service provider

Family of 5 (parents and kids) with all their luggage who had been travelling all day arrived at the Kelowna airport, driver agreed to take us and within 1 minute of us gathering our bags he promptly proceeded to kick me out of his cab (I was already in the front seat). He wanted us to take two taxis even though we requested a 5 person can through dispatcher the following week and that was OK'd. Compeltely unprofessional - cab #103. Have never experienced such a rude driver.
