Absolutely horrib...
Absolutely horrible service from the agent Valerie who works here. Tried to get a refund for a hotel we didn't stay in, and was given a run-around for a few weeks until I started to call them everyday and it was magically refunded immediately. If you are looking for help with travel and for someone who will assist you with issues you may face, look elsewhere. Awful experience, would strongly discourage you to use this company.
