I called in the middle of a pandemic with supply chain and transport interruptions creating havoc. They had exactly what I needed and were incredibly responsive and helpful on the phone. Thank you Wytek!

I was looking to return a product to the store as they dont price match and I found a better price online (40% cheaper). The gentleman on the phone was very rude and claimed that he was by himself and too busy to look up a serial number until Mark got back next week. When I asked for his name he said why would you need my name? and hung up on me. Ill eat this price difference simply so I dont have to deal with them again. I would recommend everyone avoid Wytek if possible.

ALWAYS a GREAT electronics parts supplier extraordinaire! I've been shopping there fairly consistently since spring 2000. Always very helpful and knowledgeable staff, whose ALWAYS got unique items as well as great prices. Always willing to bring in what you need, it's a great place for that elusive item. Aside from Interior Electronics, they're the ONLY game in town for serious electronics at prices you can live with w/o buyers remorse. You really can't go wrong with WYTEK DIRECT! Ciao . . . .
