Worst quality, no cleanliness. See that worm on lettuce. Terrible experience

This is a local A&W I frequently stop in. While the staff are friendly I was disgusted with the cleanliness. It looks like the floor hadnt been washed in some time. Crumbs and dirt are under every table. The counter top and 3 tables were too flithy to sit at. I hope they train their staff to spend time cleaning. This was not just todays mess.
