I have used Goodbrand on multiple occasions and have always had great service...even in the middle of the night after a attempted break in ..great customer service with quick courteous service has always been the way when i have dealt with these guys ..customer for life !!!
As Usual things break at the most inconvenient time....will I was away for work my wife called to tell me the garage door wouldn't work..I called Goodbrand and they had the problem solved in less than 2 hours ...and best of all at a reasonable rate!! customer for life Thanks Dan and crew !!!!
In early May, 2015 I had a new set of garage door springs installed. Three weeks later a cable detached in the evening hours leaving the door crooked in the tracks. I called Goodbrand for emergency services but received no call back; contacted another outfit at a cost of almost three hundred dollars. The after hours guy told me that the cables were out of balance. When I contacted Goodbrand to advise the owner said it was "someone else's opinion". Poor customer service. Poor work quality.
After 3 service calls our garage door still failed to close properly all the time . The senior service man was called and concluded the springs had to be the issue. He'd order them and call next week to install them . Three weeks later no call still so I left a message . No return call !!! A neighbour gave me the name of a company they used - called them and the issue was diagnosed over the phone . They replaced the motor part (not the whole motor).
