Had a bit of a wait but Dr was very helpful. Explained things very well was sorry to learn of the future closure of this clinic.
This is a beyond horrible clinic. It is so severely understaffed it is impossible to have less than an hours wait. Receptionists act like they don't want to be there and don't care. Today I waited about an hour to renew my two year old son's prescription for asthma medication. I even told them that's why I was there. After waiting, I'm called up and then told I can't renew the prescription because my toddler was not present. There is no such law requiring this. I will not be coming back there
I agree with the other two reviews—the receptionist was UNFRIENDLY. They also said a 40 minute wait, but to be back in half an hour. I came back with two preschoolers and then ended up waiting another 45 minutes. The doctor was good, though. Now if they could just get some friendly, helpful people out front, I'd go back.
The receptionists were terrible! I had a 1-year-old son with Pink Eye. They suggested because 2-hour wait, I leave and come back at 7:30, 1.5 hrs later. I did exactly that. When I came back at 7:30, they said they called my son 3 times and cause not there, put me at end of wait-list. I complained and they finally after another 45 mins waiting, being ignored, put me into a room and slammed the door behind me. I will NOT go back to this place again. Dr was nice but very rude receptionists!!!
Although the lineup was long, it was offset by the courtesy of the receptionist. She was helpful, friendly, and patient. The doctor was upbeat, and answered my questions in a friendly and patient manner. He even explained a couple of related issues that hadn't occurred to me.
Extremely rude receptionist. I phone this clinic to ask if they were at walk-in clinic and what time they start taking patients and she rudely said 9 and hung up the phone before I was finished talking.
