I am with them for 16 years and would not change my dental health provider! They are very professional yet friendly and you feel that they really care for you not only as a patient but as a person as well. Wonderful people, great care. I totally recommend their office if you are looking for a dentist.
More than $3500 for 3 hours over 2 appointments. 2 dentists at this clinic. 1st female dentist, 2 hrs, 1 root canal & filling, 1filling adjacent tooth. The tooth feels good and the bite works well. 2nd male dentist, teaches at UBC, 1 hr, exact same procedures, exact same teeth, other side of mouth, charging even more than the first dentist. The tooth feels like sand paper and the bite is gapped by at least 2 mil. Completely drained $1500 insurance balance personal $. Seem right?
I began going to Bridgeview Dental on the recommendation of my retired parents and my cousin. Now both my husband and I use this dentist. Dr. Lui is very personable, gentle and thorough. I am deathly afraid of the freezing needle -- but I feel nothing but a pin prick. The dental assistant that commonly works with Dr. Lui is very diligent and kind and the dental hygienist is always wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Lui in a heartbeat! The best dentist I've seen.
I am 5 months pregnant and I let them know that when I came in the first time to make my appointment. When I came in for my appointment for a cleaning and check up, I had to wait 30 minutes to see the dentist then they sat me down and pretty much said they can't do anything other than a cleaning and I would have to make another appointment for it because they were to busy, then charged me 35 dollars for a "specific exam" when they did nothing but waste my time. Will not be going there again.
Sorry you had a bad experience, but sometimes you need to realize that its partly our own fault for leaving problems too long. Dentists can only do so much after we've neglected our mouths. I think their great! They have got me into appointments within hours of me calling. They are professional, funny and completely understanding of all my reasons for neglecting for my poor mouth. Mostly being money $$$$$. Anyway I have had both dentists work on me in the last few years and they've been wonderful as has all the staff.
Worst dentist ever I go to get my wisdom teeth out turns had to go back the next day because I found out she broke my tooth in half and it was really hurting my tounge so I wanted her to file it down or something. I get there and she says sorry I just looked at the X-ray again I left a root. I'm gunna have to remove it. So yeah she had to go it the gross hole and find a root. Her reason was HER EYES WERE TO TIRED so see the root in the X-ray. I was totally fine after I got them out no swelling nothing! After she had to cut it again I got nerve damage I can't feel my whole cheek or lips and my cheek is huge. DONT GO THERE PLEASE.
