I am blown away by the amazing customer services. I will be a returning customer and definitely recommend this location to friends and family. So happy with my experience. The food was also amazing.
I got 2 scratch tickets from a family member for Christmas I won a FREE 1/4 Angus Cheeseburger and 5 mini donuts. Well I got home and opened my burger and their was NO lettuce nor a tomato. But a load crap of onions and definitely not a 1/4 Angus meat patty. Also the mini donuts were burnt. I will not be returning to Fatburger after today. They definitely lost my service.

Today was my families worst day ever.
we love marble slab but after moving to abbotsford we couldnt get it anymore and when we found this store, we were happy.
we got here around 8:40pm close to closing time.
I got cheesecake with oreo and coconut and my sister got chocolate swiss with oreo and gummy bear.
First the ice cream was half melt so liquid was every where. we could not get it by cone as it was not soild enough.
The owner didnt give us spoon
