Charged me lots of fees that they said were industry standard but found out later were not. The Manager, Ivan, will not return your calls. Dont trust words of this dealership.

Very unprofessional

I don't like bullies. I walked and witnessed a manager bullying a customer. Condescending, rude, and told them to "enjoy your vehicle from company X". I don't know what happened but the customer seemed reserved and was not putting up any negative attitude. I took my money and spent it at another dealership. There are hundreds of dealers, what separates them is the customer service.

I've done business at Key West for more than 16 years, and I keep going back! Always great service, competitive prices (I check), and I'm pretty sure I'll buy my third new vehicle from Key West in a couple of years.

Purchased our 2015 transit van for our business from here and had it wrapped with graphics. The wrap job was done very well (so well that people with wrapped cars commented on the wrap job). They took apart panels to make sure the wrap seems were tucked in. I had a recall on my vehicle for a minor issue they handled it quickly and for no charge of course.
