The heels of my sneakers were showing a bit of wear, and he glued pieces of leather to it that made it so stiff that it chafed my heels raw. He told me that it's MY FAULT for having soft heels. He said to come back, but when I returned, HE RIPPED THE LEATHER PATCH OFF MY SHOE, making it completely unusable. He could have just left his original work on it but NO, he had to rip it out, and tearing the entire heel apart in the process, leaving it way worse than how I brought it in!!!
