I would give them a 0 if I could. The owner Glen, after knowing him and taking my business to him for at least 15 years turned out to be an absolute ill mannered person if ever I saw one. Shockingly and out of the blue he didn’t want to speak to me or acknowledge my presence. I took my car in for a minor repair and paint job, I wanted to talk to him about the contrast in colour from my original and he wouldn’t even talk to me. I would give him an absolute 0 for rudeness and being ill mannered.

We made a decision to go with this repair shop based on the information they gave us, but once the car was there they kept making us wait and the price kept going up and the courtesy car was not provided as promised.
