I should have made this review years ago.. I have known Chris for at least 30 years, and when i lived on the mainland, I always had him do any work to my junk vehicles, because with his shop, I always knew it was going to get fixed right the first time. no one is ever told they need something they dont need, his shop is always busy, expect at least a 2 week wait to get your vehicle in, from basic to extensive, it is always worth taking it to Pemberton Automotive.

Quality car repair firm for the past 40 years I have been bringing our autos for repair. Trustworthy advice and quality repair. I was referred to this firm in the early 1980s by a reliable source (in the car/general insurance business) and have been a happy, loyal client ever since.

The best place to take your car. Honest, competent and fair. Chris is great. You can talk to him and get a straight answer. They also do work on classic cars! D.

Service is always first class and I never doubt what Chris says, he never takes advantage, does what needs doing and charges a fair price. His honesty and integrity get him lots of repeat business. He didn't even ask me to do this!! Nancy

Should have written this decades ago, but here it is! Chris & Joanne & their team run the most honest, respectful, clean & efficient shop we have known & we have lived on the West Side of Vancouver & the North Shore since 1967. Found them (by word of mouth of course) via many very satisfied colleagues & friends. Give them a budget & they stick to it. Give them your priorities & they will respect them totally. Such honest family-owned shops are rare these days & we very highly recommend them.

Service excellent and prompt. Facility looks clean and professional. Absolutely fair price and a feeling of honesty. I will definitely be a return customer. I would recommend Chris and his crew absolutely.
